The Central Alberta Crime Prevention Centre

Touch-A-Truck, brought to you by the Central Alberta Crime Prevention Centre, is a very affordable, family-friendly event that gives kids of all ages the chance to see some of their favourite trucks, tractors, and vehicles up close, and a chance to interact with RCMP, EMS, Firefighters, AND MORE! Advance tickets are $10/carload or $15 at the gate.

Your family can participate in activities like Smash-A-Car, the Duck Drop (Hundreds of numbered rubber duckies are dropped from a crane @ 4:00 PM to see who will be our 50/50 winner!), pictures with 'Finny', a bouncy house, face painting, and more!

Be sure to stop by our Information booth to enter the draw for a Family Gift Basket, buy your Duck Drop 50/50 ticket and purchase event T-shirts in support of CACP, and pick up a FREE Crime Prevention package! FREE backpacks will be given out to the first families through the gate, while supplies last!

The first hour of the event, from 10:00 - 11:00 AM, is a sensory-friendly hour (quiet hour ... no honking, sirens, etc.). Food Trucks will be onsite. Limited tables & chairs are available so please bring a blanket if you would like to eat at the event and/or have a picnic on the grass. And, don't forget water and sunscreen, and to wear comfortable shoes!
